Inscription of welcome to an inn in Antioch from the sixth century AD. The text opens with a phrase from I Samuel 16:4:
"Thy coming is peaceful, you who behold this. Joy and blessing to those who dwell here. The paving with mosaic of the triclinium took place in the time of Megas and Johnand Anthusa, keepers of the inn, in the month of Gorpiaios, in the fifth indication."
