The galleries below consist primarily of photos taken by the Sacred Destinations team, which are available for licensing as stock photos. Currently there are 17,697 of 'em! We have done our best to take quality photos and provide descriptive captions in the hopes they might be useful not only to visitors to this website but perhaps also for academic use, religious purposes, and in publications such as books, magazines, websites, or promotional material. Most of the photos we've taken are in Western Europe, since that's where we lived in 2005-08, but travel to many more places is in the works! For a complete index of sites we have photographed - most of which are still waited to be published - see the Personally Visited List.
